DTCO 4.1 Overlay (VDO‑style tachograph) for ETS2

This is not a real tachograph. It’s a desktop overlay that simulates a VDO/DTCO unit, built for roleplay, realism and driver discipline in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

The overlay renders a DTCO‑style unit with a pixel LCD display, status icons, and the “card in / card out” workflow drivers recognise.
